CHEST: Place the tape measure under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap around your body until your fingers meet and mark the measurement. If your chest is between our sizes then size up.
BELLY: Measure around the widest part of your mid-section. Be careful not to squeeze to tight to allow a little give. Again, if you are between sizes, you should size up.
