Sizing is fine up top, but around the waist go up a size!!
Quality is amazing. Fit is perfect except...their online size estimator does not take into account those with extra around the middle. Go up a size if you have spare tires. The free T-shirt offer was great and I will order more a size larger. The free one I will give away to someone without the spare tire! :)
